When extreme weather conditions, our bodies may become more vulnerable to minor disturbances, such as the flu or a cold. To stay healthy we would have to maintain the condition and stamina with a variety of ways, including increasing the resistance and immunity through the intake of nutritious food. 

Here are some healthy foods that we can choose to boost immunity:
