The best diet is fasting. Fasting is done once every two days is very effective to reduce weight.moreover could muffle emotions that often explosive for some people. although many people assume people who fasted less productive. this is usually due to a new start fasting.

if it lasts for a long time and productivity will get used to someone going back to normal. especially fast food can reduce the unhealthy food we consume and often fast spending with us are also maintained.but keep in mind fasting is not recommended for people who have the disease diabetes.
